As I enter the driveway of my new home, I am in awe of the beauty that lies in front of me. The exterior of the home is modern, the landscaping has been meticulously cared for, and the covered front porch is charming. I can already envision swaying in my rocking chair, sipping my morning coffee, and taking in all the views from the porch! The fireplace is another feature I'm excited to use on cooler evenings. Off the family room is the dining room. I love how cozy the space feels, yet it is roomy enough to host larger gatherings! A bonus room in my new home is the sunroom. I just love how all the natural light pours in! I may use this space as my home office, craft room, or simply another area to relax after a long day. Down the hall are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bedrooms are bright and airy and provide ample closet space. The full hall bathroom offers tile flooring, a modern vanity, and a tub-shower. On the opposite side of the home is the master suite. I can't wait to retreat to this space after a busy day! The home sits on 1.5 acres and offers the privacy I’ve been looking for. The deck is massive, and a bonus is the above-ground pool! I’m so excited to host summer BBQs and relax in the pool on hot days. Additionally, the detached three-car garage is exactly what I’ve been searching for. I’ll have plenty of storage space, plus room to work on my cars and hobbies. One more reason I love my new home is its convenient location. Nearby are Peace Valley Park, Nockamixon State Park, Bishop Estate Winery, and tons of shopping and restaurants. Route 309 and Route 202 are also close by, making it easy to reach neighboring towns. I have found my own slice of paradise—and I can’t wait to move in!
