One of the best thing about living in Upper Bucks County in the Summer is the abundance of wild raspberries and wild blackberries. We were showing several properties over the weekend and took the photo on this page at a Durham Township Home For Sale and we also saw them at a Quakertown PA home for sale and an Upper Black Eddy land for sale.
Wild blackberries and raspberries that are so prevalent throughout Upper Bucks County are good to eat straight from the vine, but they also go well with:
- On top of ice cream
- In the beverage of your choice
- Are good for making jam and jellies
- Are great in pancakes and on top of cereal
If you’re looking for a home in Upper Bucks County in July, be sure to check out these fruits from the vine.
Always identify any wild berry before consuming and watch out for small children.
That’s today’s thought, enjoy your Summer!
