Proposed Site for Arbors at Hilltown
A development plan has been submitted for the “Arbors at Hilltown.” If approved, the 23.30-acre parcel, located on the west side of Orchard Road, will include 15 single-family detached residential lots ranging in size from 12,205 square feet to 17,515 square feet.
The proposed subdivision would also include a 15.74-acre open space lot to be owned and maintained by a homeowner’s association.
The existing single family detached dwelling and associated accessory structures are to be removed. The Arbors at Hilltown will be served by public water and public sewer.
The Arbors at Hilltown plan was submitted by Hallmark Building Group, Inc. with a date of September 8, 2017.
The plan is currently under review by the Hilltown Township Planning Commission and the Bucks County Planning Commission. The current parcel can be located using Tax ID# 15-001-132.
