Hilltown Township supervisors unanimously granted preliminary approval for a proposal to construct a 15-home development on Orchard Road.
The Arbors at Hilltown will be built by Warrington-based Hallmark Homes and will include more than 15 acres of open space on the nearly 23-acre lot. More than 700 seedlings will be planted as part of a reforestation initiative. The development will be served by public water and sewer. Hallmark Homes will need final approval on the project from supervisors and are optimistic that the project could start as soon as late May.
