Tinicum Township supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 to consider an ordinance that would regulate short-term rental properties in the township.
The ordinance defines “Transient Use of Residential Property” requires an annual zoning permit for transient use of residential property for remuneration, and sets forth regulations for obtaining the zoning permit.
